At With A Touch Of I, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because our soaps and personal care items are handmade and hygiene-sensitive, we kindly ask that you read our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used soaps
  • Opened personal care products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • With A Touch Of I is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:

6. Cancellations
