You know something is going on when you completely fall off the face of the earth and forget about everything else except the life you’re currently living. Every day feels like a gift. Even though the process was painfully slow, we are finally here!
Hi, Chernelka! We’ve been living here since July 18th, 2026. Can you believe it? Because I certainly can’t. What a blessing. The house isn’t ready, the garden is practically non-existent, but… a massive BUT… we’re here.
I have this beautiful opportunity to live right next to the eco trail. We’ve already walked half of it twice, and I’ve been seeing the river almost every single day while walking my furry family.
We’re slowly getting there.
The first September soaps will be prepared soon and hopefully the first autumn crops as well. I keep repeating myself, but please always remember that dreams do come true. Whoever is reading this—dream big and never, ever give up.
We’ve been dreaming of living here since 2022, and it finally happened!
As I’m writing this, I’m making a sourdough bread. Today I ate homemade gazpacho, drank smoked whisky, and enjoyed a wonderful summer day with mi familia. I’ve been watching the sunset every single day through my French window. I have my tiny flower garden that keeps my vases stocked with pure happiness. I also started running again. I’ve lost 2 kg since living here simply because I’m active. No diets, no restrictions, no anything.
What a wonderful way to finish the summer. ❤️
